At Pebble & Petal, we want you and your little one to have the best experience with your SafeTrim.

Our Return Policy

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of this product, we only accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or general dissatisfaction once the product has been used.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your SafeTrim arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Requests reported after this 48-hour window, or without valid photo/video evidence, will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund, as we are unable to verify the condition of the product beyond this timeframe.

Once your request is verified within the window, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including covering the return shipping in this case.

Non-Returnable Situations

Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
Products that have been used or show signs of wear
Missing original packaging or accessories (grinding heads, travel case, replacement bit)
Requests made after 48 hours from delivery
Requests made without photo or video evidence of the defect/damage

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your damage/defect claim, we will notify you of the approval status via email or WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, and we will collect the necessary details from you directly.
